Esugenus is a band composed only by one member : myself, under the name of Abside.
The project's objective is to create a true and strong music ; i mean that no political idea has to soil the art and that no predefined style is aimed.
Although the influences are from the black metal, Esugenus do not search to make the same already existing work.
The concept is dark, it's principally centered on the depression, the self questionning, and of all the human can feel during the loneliness.
The first objective is to set a solid line-up up, in order to make concerts as much as possible, and then to record other Cds.
Esugenus is born in 2005, but it's only after some line-up that i created alone the first compositions, and after a year, the first demo
"Danse Maccabre" is out since the 20th January 2008.
